REFUND AND RETURN POLICY
It’s my policy to make sure that every buyer is completely satisfied with their purchase. I understand that the piece of artwork can be perceived differently in person as compared to the online representation of the product in regards to discrepancies in overall color and texture, and therefore I strive to represent the artwork as best as possible. Returns are acceptable, and reviewed on a case by case basis. In order to start a return, please contact me at artcidel.llc@gmail.com. If the return is accepted, I will send instructions on how and where to send the package. Any artwork that is sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with the original artwork, you have within 7 business days of shipment receipt to inform me for a refund. Once the artwork is received back, inspected, and in the same condition that it was prior to departure along with the original packaging, I will notify you if the refund is approved or not. Proof of receipt is required. You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please note that it can take 5-10 business days for your bank/credit card company to process and post the amount. The return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the buyer. Refunds are not available in the following cases: any item not returned in its original condition or damaged for any reasons ; any item that is not returned within 14 days after delivery.
Issuing of refunds for commissioned projects : Refunds are only allowable under reasonable circumstances. If, for whatever reason, you no longer desire to continue the commission, you will only be refunded for the portion of the project that was not completed. However, if you decide not to proceed with the order after its completed state, there will be no refund. Therefore, under these conditions, the piece of artwork and copyrights will remain solely with Artcidel.
CUSTOM ARTWORK
There is a non-refundable draft fee (the rate depends on the size and complexity of the artwork) that is required before starting the project ; this is a sketch of the artwork for you to review and make any changes. Once it’s approved, the draft fee will roll into the 50% non-refundable retainer due at that time, with the remaining amount due upon completion of the project. The retainer will be based on the size, materials used, and the projected amount of time spent creating it. Photos of the project will be sent to you as it progresses to its final state, in case any changes need to be made along the way. After you approve and once the final payment is made, the artwork will be shipped. Please contact me for further information.
SHIPPING POLICY
All products are shipped via UPS or FedEx within 3-5 business day of purchase. Normal transit time is 5-7 business days. There is a flat fee for FedEx Ground shipping at this time. If you require an expedited service, please contact me prior to purchase and shipping to quote the new express shipping rates/time ; the flat fee is excluded from expedited services. All products being sent from me are insured through the UPS/FedEx carriers. Shipping is only available in the United States and Canada.
Artcidel is not responsible for orders that have been lost or stolen once delivery has been verified and confirmed through shipping carrier tracking. Should this situation arise, please contact me immediately to resolve the issue.
